Two Lakes Trail In order to better position Highland County Trails for a bright and effective future, James Schneider, of the Green County Park District, has been retained to develop a feasibility study for the first phase of a Highland County recreational trail system. Phase one, when completed, will connect the City of Greenfield, Tri-County Triangle Trail, Paint Creek State Park and Rocky Fork State Park with a designated continuous corridor of multi-use recreational trails, bike lanes, and shared roadways. This project will be the primary focus for HCT, Inc. for the next few years.
